Finca La Mejorada Wedding – Valladolid

If there is something I like most as a wedding photographer, it is being able to be part of beautiful weddings with authenticity, weddings with personality, where the essence that is breathed is yours. I could feel that in every moment at Marta and Marcos’ wedding, but not only at their wedding but from the moment they became interested in my work as a wedding photographer, and they told me every detail they were planning to celebrate their Finca la Mejorada wedding, Valladolid (Spain).

If M&M were clear about one thing, it was that they would live the experience together, at all times, even on the wedding day. So I photographed their preparations while they shared this moment together, a beautiful moment as a couple, that’s who they are; a great team.

After sharing the moment of wedding preparations together, we decided to take some time and do a wedding photo session on the way to Finca la Mejorada (Valladolid), where the M&M civil ceremony would be held hours later. It was a beautiful day to create a wedding report before receiving family and friends.

The wedding estate was decorated under a simple and spring inspiration. Once all the people were received and the ceremony was ready to begin, M&M arrived accompanied by their families.

We enjoyed a Finca la Mejorada wedding ceremony , full of laughter, emotions and tears (Yes! Tears of the good kind, of love, the ones that just by turning around and looking at the rest, you would see that they had been infected and everyone He was excited. How nice it is to cry with happiness!)

Her love story is to be told and moved with them. Well, music united them and together they have their own group; Marcos y Molduras. The musical scene had an important role in the wedding, since a phrase was repeated that left its mark on them and that day, at the wedding, “An important feeling.” Lyrics from the well-known group Mujeres.

Once the ceremony was over and while the guests moved to the cocktail area, we took the opportunity to make a wedding report and create a beautiful memory of the moment, of that day and all those emotions that only happen inside on days like those. You have to live it…

The improved farm is pure history and its corners and walls make it a place with its own identity. Wedding venues that do not need to be loaded with decoration, but are places that are already loaded with style. Before finishing this part of the wedding report, we also took the opportunity to enjoy the wedding floral decoration, all the hand-made details that Marta had prepared for her wedding day. No detail was missing…

Once the photo session was done, we moved to the cocktail area to be comfortable with family and friends, toast with them and celebrate love.

Before the sun went down and minutes before starting the wedding reception we decided to take advantage of the countryside and the last rays to create a new wedding shooting.

We also took the opportunity to take some photographs of the Becomely ; a wedding dress that Marta was wearing. Sustainable Spanish textile company that makes super pretty wedding dresses with leftover fabrics from other fabrics.

The wedding banquet was a party from start to finish, where no detail was missed. Including the wedding cake that couldn’t have been more beautiful.

Once the wedding banquet was over, the couple danced, starting a great party with a concert by their favorite group: MUJERES. A real wedding party!

It has been a pleasure documenting Marta and Marcos’ wedding day. I am especially fond of couples who create from love, as they did from the first moment. Thanks M&M!
