As in any artistic discipline, no one is better than anyone. An award or popularity of the moment does not make us better wedding photographers in this case. In my opinion our work has to speak for itself and our public or clients must have an opinion. In addition, each photographer or creative has something very beautiful to show … and we each have a style and that makes us more authentic.

As you know my name is Alvaro Sancha. I am a wedding photographer and they say about me that I am a happy, curious, restless, observant, sociable, sincere and hard-working person. I am in love with natural light, the sea, the mountains and the northern landscape. I love traveling and meeting new and interesting people who love what they do.

Thanks to my tireless attitude to improve and define my photography style, along the way I learned that photographs have to be a reflection of you, your philosophy and your lifestyle. I learned that it is the best way to tell stories with your camera, always being yourself.

Today, travel, landscape, art, mountains, the sea, or different lifestyles are part of my photographic stories. Whether they are couple reports, wedding reports or individual sessions. There is always a story behind to tell.

As a wedding photographer I develop my work under a documentary approach, telling each story as something unique. Always under a natural and narrative style where the couple is comfortable and the typical posing is not necessary.

I am a very close person who loves to learn from each couple I photograph … Couples who are pure love, who are passionate about their relationship and want to share it. Each couple is unique, each wedding is unique and therefore each report must be different and unique.
